Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Junior Insurance Administrator to join our Insurance Technical Team.
As the Junior Insurance Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of our Technical Team, offering support to the insurance broking teams by managing processes that ensure a smooth and reliable journey for our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring business and customer processes are accurate and up to date.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assessing that the correct procedures and disclosures have been made to our insurer partners on policies that have been sold
  • Providing feedback to colleagues where issues have been identified and ensuring that any fixes are completed in a timely fashion
  • Prepare daily and monthly report sales and insurer reports
  • Provide support to sales agents through taking referrals
  • Interacting with the training team to highlight where development issues have been identified
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that our high-quality standards are always adhered too
  • Assisting the Commercial team in building new controls for our other processes around our voice and non-voice renewal journeys
  • Support with the collation of our information and slides for our weekly “technical buzz” sessions
  • Design, develop and maintain our new Insurance Intranet pages adding new content as the Commercial team create it
