Job Description O Overall Purpose of Job: Strengthening the day-to-day operation of KOSTAL Intercompany team. Main tasks, roles and responsibilities: Be involved in day-to-day operations in the following process areas Intercompany invoice processing Intercompany service billing Post Intercompany journal entries on both sides Post Intercompany settlement Reconcile and report intercompany balances, eliminate differences Work with appropriate stakeholder for Intercompany transactions to resolve issues Ad hoc queries/report request Support in external audit request/queries Support in Manage balance confirmations Identify, evaluate and support in resolving issues (incl. process improvements) Be adherent to agreed service levels, policies and procedures as well as internal controls Engage in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship Ensure that all process manuals/relevant work instructions are created and updated on a regular basis Qualifications Experiences and requirements: University or college degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or experience in Finance & Accounting field 1-2 years accounting/finance operations role, ideally in SSC Experienced user of Excel (basic formulas and pivot) Experience in SAP R3 and S4/HANA is advantage Fluent in English Required Skills and Competencies: Proactive and outcome-focused attitude Self-efficient and flexible, “Can do” attitude Independent in work, tolerance of monotony Reliable and responsible for deliverables Accurate and timely Service oriented Additional Information Flexible working conditions with remote work possibility (in-person presence is required from time to time) Opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills through stimulating work, including development and implementation of new processes and tools Benefits package including private health insurance, sport cards, flexible monthly budgets, bonuses for special occasions, performance bonus and other Career level: Young Professionals / Professionals Type of Employment: Permanent
