JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and passionate Junior Interior Designer (SketchUp Proficient) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with no prior work experience who are passionate about interior design and eager to grow in the renovation industry.

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in design software, such as SketchUp.
• Strong skills in graphic design and visual arts painting are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of construction painting techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas clearly to clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in SketchUp is a must
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field (or currently completing studies)
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Basic communication skills in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus)

• Design and implement interior renovation projects, including space planning, material selection, and color scheming.
• Work closely with clients to understand and meet their needs and expectations.
• Prepare detailed project designs and construction documents.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality and adherence to timelines according to company standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure project execution meets design standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress, address any issues, and ensure timeline adherence.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
