We are currently seeking an experienced Junior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our Team at MKS Kennedy Homes Ltd.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Junior/Intermediate QS to take a leading role within a growing company that will encourage development and progression within the role.

Role and Responsibility:

• Estimating & Cost Planning
• Prepare and manage all contract documents, bill of materials and budget
• Evaluate all costings associated with the project, including materials costs, supplier costs, sub-contractor costs and equipment cost
• Cost control throughout each project
• Liaise inhouse with the assigned suppliers and Office administrator.
• Final account preparations and settlement
• Capable of working on your own and within a team

Requirements:
· Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
3- 5 Years experience working on a Contractors side
