Join our IT team as a Junior/Intermediate Software Developer focused on business process automation. You’ll work closely with our technical team to develop and maintain systems that streamline operations, with opportunities to take ownership of key projects as you grow.

• Design and implement automation solutions for business processes
• Maintain and enhance existing systems
• Develop integrations between software platforms
• Support data retrieval and reporting needs
• Document processes and create user training materials
• Collaborate with team members on technical decisions

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years programming experience
• Strong problem-solving and database skills
• Experience with data integration and APIs
• Ability to work independently and document processes
• Interest in business automation and process improvement
