ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Junior Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and being a key contact between our customers & Key Account Managers. A rare opportunity, with this role based in either Wakerley (Brisbane) or Knoxfield (Melbourne). ABOUT THE ROLE

• Build relationships with customers through regular contact and recognise spending patterns to understand their needs and offer promotions.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry regarding customer contact details, interaction logs, leads and opportunities
• Uphold accurate contract documentation and provide support to various stakeholders involved in each contract.
• Collaborate with internal departments e.g technical support, production and Business Development Managers, to provide exceptional customer service and solution sales.
