ABOUT THE ROLE

As a growing business that places high importance on its employees, The Organic Pharmacy is on a trajectory of positive change and is seeking individuals who share their vision and are eager to contribute to their continued success.
As a pivotal member of the International Sales Department, you will work closely with the International Sales Director and Senior Business Development Manager, supporting them in their daily tasks and in the global development of the Department. You will be the key contact for all international distributors and their queries. Your role is vital in ensuring seamless communication and support for all internal stakeholders and external partners.
At present, we manage approximately 20 international distributors spanning various regions worldwide. We strive to double this figure within the next 24 months, driving our company’s rapid expansion and increasing global presence. Your role will play a vital part in managing and nurturing these relationships as we continue to grow.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Shadowing from Senior International Sales Developer (Helene)
· Interacting with distributors, assisting them with all aspects of sell-in and sell-out.
· Facilitating daily communication and collaboration between partners worldwide and various departments (Ops | Marketing | Training), liaising all together, to develop the sales and achieve the business objectives.
