KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

· Completed Degree/working towards Degree in Computer Science, IT or related.
· Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or low-code platforms.
· Logical problem-solving mindset.
· Clear communication skills.
· Willingness to learn and take feedback.
· Exposure to business apps (ERP/CRM) – desirable.
· Scripting experience (Python/PowerShell) desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20,800.00-£21,500.00 per year

· Assist with system configuration, testing and deployment.
· Provide first-line technical support to internal users.
· Document processes and recurring issues.
· Help gather and analyse business requirements.
· Create reports using Power BI or Excel.
· Run data integrity and security checks.
· Support project coordination tasks.
