Description

Troubleshooting and resolving predominantly level 1 & 2 support issues face-to-face, over the phone, and using remote support applications.
Installing, configuring, supporting, and maintaining the organisation's computer hardware, software, servers, networks, printers, and IT peripherals.
Ensuring jobs in the helpdesk system are prioritised and actioned while maintaining accurate notes on status, resolutions, and escalations.
Facilitating user onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
