Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories. Business Requirements Document (when applicable) Create and maintain comprehensive documentation Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams to ensure alignment of goals. UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience Good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of API integrations and system workflows. Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows. They are also responsible for creating project documentation, including user stories, UAT scripts, and training materials to ensure alignment between business and IT teams.
