Payments Solutions domain is responsible for implementing and maintaining ICT solutions to enrich the digital product offerings for all UniCredit Clients. The digital services are implemented with different platforms based on on-premises and cloud infrastructure. It enables also Corporate and SME customers to access UniCredit services through a Unified Single Platform.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A WILLING TO LEARN FUTURE COLLEAGUE WITH A MINIMUM OF 1-2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH:

• English fluency (speaking and writing)
• Degree in Business Informatics/Informatics/Management sciences or equivalent work experience
• Experience in mapping use case scenarios and business flow designs
• Ability to communicate functional information to both technical and non-technical customers
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
• Strong curiosity and passion in payment landscape, with willingness to learn and grow in an international IT environment
• Ability to work tightly with the other team members, also with those remotely located
• Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, result-oriented approach, commitment to deadlines, prompt issue communication, and escalation
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to perform under stressful conditions
• High risk awareness and solution-oriented approach
• Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities
• Execution & discipline maintains a clear focus and sees action through to delivery
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and focus on business value

• Experience in a complex Financial Institution or Major Business or ICT consulting company

• Cooperate with Business and Technical team to match the business needs with he the technical delivery
• Analyze Business Requirements to define ICT specifications
• Ensure the E2E delivery of secure and robust solution according to UniCredit policies and guidelines
• Acquire functional knowledge of products inside the Payments perimeter
• Lead the future development of payment product driven by regulatory and business needs, defining the better solution to fit the purpose
• Contribute to team discussions by sharing your experience and your knowledge with the team
• Support continuous improvement, exploring different alternatives and experiences
• Be part of an international inclusive team with a diverse background
