Your Mission

• As a Junior IT Business Consultant you aanalyse and document the requirements of the business units to customize and develop suitable Salesforce solutions.
• You document the requirements and create corresponding specifications.
• In your function you support internal Salesforce projects and coordinate the integration with other IT systems, including ensuring a smooth data migration.
• You create and configure reports and dashboards in Salesforce and coordinate workflow adjustments with the Salesforce team.
• You proactively advise the business area regarding new solutions and optimizations.
• You assist in training end users and providing the technical landscape.
• You identify optimization potentials in business processes to increase efficiency through the customization of Salesforce functionalities.
• You monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and support quality assurance measures to ensure data quality in Salesforce.
• At least you are proficient in customizing Salesforce and developing Lightning components and flows to support the implementation of the developed solutions.

Your Talents

• Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in consulting, administration, and customizing/development of Salesforce applications.
• Proven skills in analyzing requirements and customizing Salesforce solutions.
• Solid knowledge through Salesforce certifications is advantageous.
• Responsible and customer-oriented work with a high level of commitment and flexibility.
• Very good English language skills; knowledge of German is a plus.
