ABOUT THE ROLE

As a System Support Specialist (Junior IT Consultant), you’ll be on the front lines helping clients solve technology challenges, advising them on best practices, and supporting ongoing projects.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Provide technical and administrative support to clients via phone, email, and onsite visits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Work on client projects such as system upgrades, migrations, or new deployments.
• Research and test new technologies for potential client use.
• Assist with equipment delivery, setup, and configuration.
• Collaborate with senior staff during sales meetings or IT evaluations.
• Contribute to internal R&D projects, optimizing systems and developing workflows.
