Job Description
As the Junior IT Engineer, you will provide technical support for the HelloFresh group of companies, with a strong focus on the YouFoodz production facility in Karawatha, Brisbane. You will play a key role in supporting IT operations, projects, and initiatives both locally and across the APAC region.
This role is based on site 5 days per week at our Karawatha facility, reporting to the IT Lead APAC. You will work closely with the APAC IT team based in Sydney, Auckland, Brisbane, and the Philippines, supporting HelloFresh AU, HelloFresh NZ, YouFoodz, BeCool Couriers, and HelloConnect, with opportunities to contribute to global IT and security projects.

You will…

• Provide onsite technical support for the YouFoodz Manufacturing Plant and BeCool Couriers fulfilment centre
• Troubleshoot and maintain warehouse technologies including barcode scanners, mobile devices, printers, and related systems
• Document and manage all support requests through the Jira ticketing system
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware for corporate and distribution centre environments
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and new technology deployments
• Deliver training and onboarding on IT systems and procedures
• Support network maintenance and troubleshooting in coordination with the FCIT team

You have…

• 1–3 years experience in IT support or a related field, ideally in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Technical knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software such as Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office, SentinelOne, Zscaler, InTune, JAMF, Windows, Mac, and Android
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong customer service focus and collaborative mindset
