Responsibilities
The primary function is to provide day-to-day technical support to all internal users under the Hollywood Group, utilizing an ITSM ticketing system for service management. This includes offering remote desktop support for Windows applications, VoIP, surveillance, network faults, and user administration while acting as the first point of contact for user queries.
