EXPERIENCE IS IMPORTANT TO US:

  • 0-2 years of IT support experience
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and computer hardware
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
    Certifications: Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) are a bonus
Responsibilities
  • Respond to IT support tickets and assist users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot basic issues with computers, printers, and business applications
  • Set up hardware, install software, and configure user accounts
  • Help with onboarding/offboarding of employees
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
  • Maintain documentation and update ticketing system
  • Track inventory of IT equipment
