About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT & Network Systems Engineer to help support and improve our company’s growing IT infrastructure. In this role, you’ll provide Tier 1–2 support for internal staff, assist in the maintenance of our network and systems environment, and participate in key IT operations like onboarding, documentation, and security compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career looking for a clear path to grow and gain hands-on experience across a wide spectrum of technologies while collaborating with experienced engineers.
What you’ll do

• Shadow senior solution engineers during on-site and remote client assessments to understand requirement gathering, Scopes of Work (SOW), bills of materials, and pricing for networking/security solutions.
• Support the preparation of presentation materials for proposed architectures and join client meetings to observe and gradually assist in addressing technical questions.
• Act as a supporting technical contact during project delivery, under supervision.
• Participate as a junior SME on sales calls, providing basic technical context and escalating detailed inquiries to senior engineers.
