Position Title: Junior Information Technology

POSITION SUMMARY:

The IT Junior at NOVA-GC will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the company’s IT systems and infrastructure. This position involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment, as well as providing technical assistance to end-users. The role reports directly to the IT Manager, based at the Abu Dhabi head office, who will coordinate assignments and supervise daily operations. The IT Junior is expected to ensure all systems and infrastructure align with the department’s strategic plans, maintaining high standards of efficiency, reliability, and security.

· EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in IT support, with a proven track record of managing IT systems and providing technical support. Experience with server management, cloud technologies, network administration, and security systems.
Certifications: Any IT related certifications in networking, cloud systems, and helpdesk is a profile add value.
