Work #LikeABosch Job Description Main objective of the job: Support and incident management for Customer Data Transfer systems in Automotive Electronics industry Main attributions and responsibilities: Monitor the IT infrastructure and the distributed environments via monitoring tools Define, configure and maintain the monitoring of each system Install and configure IT applications on production machines Maintain updated the knowledge base and the documentation Actively participating in workshops with the client Organizes and executes software maintenance measures Checks and maintains the mailboxes, the ISM tool for tickets/work requests and other tools Ensures the quality of the service processes and the transfer of knowledge and information Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company; Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior/SMEs.
