JOB TITLE: JUNIOR IT PMO (SAP EXPERIENCE PREFERRED)

Job Overview: As a Junior IT PMO, you will support the management and delivery of IT projects, particularly those related to SAP systems. You will assist project managers in coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring that all project documentation is up-to-date. Your role will be crucial in helping ensure SAP-related initiatives align with business goals and are executed efficiently.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project management or IT-related roles, with exposure to SAP projects or systems (internships, SAP implementation support, or previous junior PMO experience).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exposure to SAP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP FICO, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in maintaining SAP project documentation and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assist in identifying and resolving issues or risks within SAP projects.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well within cross-functional teams, collaborating with business, IT, and SAP consultants.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management frameworks, especially in SAP environments.
  • Basic understanding of SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM).
  • Experience with SAP project lifecycle phases, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
