Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Junior IT Specialist to support the TSS contract. The applicant should demonstrate fundamental knowledge with secure MS Windows server and desktop system configurations, system administration and demonstrate fundamental knowledge with various IA-enabled applications. Additional duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ability to clearly communicate succinctly in oral written and oral presentations Experience with MS Windows 10 or newer MS Server 2012 or newer WSUS SIEM products Visualization software MS SQL database DISA STIGS Solar Winds ACAS/Nessus PKI Storage area networks Backup/restore solutions DNS Required Education, Experience, & Skills Experience, & Skills : A Bachelor’s of Science (BS) or Arts (BA) degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline and one (1-2) years of experience. Or Associate's of Science (BS) or Arts (BA) degree in Computer Studies or related discipline with CompTia Security+ certification and one (1-2) years of experience Security clearance requirements: This position requires the successful candidate to be able to obtain a Secret level clearance. The criteria for obtaining and holding a clearance are driven by US government requirements. You must be a US citizen to obtain a security clearance. Selected candidate will receive a contingent offer and start date will be delayed until an interim Secret clearance is granted. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Windows administrator, data engineer, and developer certifications Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $59023 - $100339 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
