We're Hiring: Junior IT Support Engineer Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Ali & Sons Holding LLC is looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and IT equipment across the organization. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations by resolving technical issues, installing and maintaining IT equipment, and supporting end users in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities * Provide desk-side support for hardware, software, and IT-related issues. * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. * Respond to user support requests and resolve issues within agreed service levels. * Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members when required. * Maintain accurate records of IT assets, hardware, software, and support activities. * Assist with software installations, upgrades, and system updates. * Support meeting room equipment and basic network connectivity. * Provide guidance to users on IT systems and applications. * Ensure IT equipment is properly maintained and follows company policies. * Perform other IT support duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience * Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in an IT support or desktop support role. * Technical Certifications: MCSA/MCSE, ITIL, or similar certifications are an advantage. * Technical Skills: * Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 (Office 365) * Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting * Basic networking knowledge * Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written). * Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
