Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Apple macOS, and mobile devices.
  • Exposure to endpoint management (e.g. MDM), Active Directory, and Office 365 Security & Compliance.
  • Awareness of network devices (e.g. switches, access points, printers, video conferencing) and basic troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience in an IT support role is an advantage but not required.
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
  • HNC/HND or foundation degrees in IT-related fields.
Responsibilities
  • Provide deskside and remote support for a variety of technologies including M365, Entra ID, Intune, and Sharepoint.
  • Respond promptly to tickets, email, and phone queries to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows laptops, Apple Macbooks, and mobiles.
  • Perform security-related tasks such as onboarding and offboarding users and preparing laptops for new employees.
  • Supporting enterprise tools such Salesforce, Slack and Jamf.
  • Adhere to IT best practices and support continuous improvements across the IT function.
