In this role, you will be the first point of contact for day-to-day technical issues across the firm, providing essential support to help our employees and financial advisors stay productive. You will also assist with internal IT projects ranging from software rollouts to process improvements allowing you to gain hands-on experience across a variety of systems, tools, and concepts.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of support for our 500+ remote financial advisors and staff;
  • Set up new computers, mobile devices, printers and other peripherals;
  • Support users by installing and maintaining essential software and security solutions;
  • Handle password resets and user account issues;
  • Walk users through email setup on desktops and phones;
  • Support internal IT compliance reviews;
  • Assist with hands-on server work and desktop troubleshooting;
  • Occasionally travel to support remote offices and be available “after hours” for support queries from users across the country;
  • Be a stakeholder in various enterprise-level software rollout initiatives.
