PFC Group is looking for a motivated and reliable Junior IT Support Specialist to join our growing construction team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for technology who is just starting their career in IT. You’ll play a key role in supporting our staff both in the office and on-site by ensuring all systems are running smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 0–2 years of IT support experience (internships, school projects, or hands-on experience welcome)
• Comfortable using and supporting Microsoft Outlook and Office 365
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work in an on-site environment and assist field staff
• High school diploma required; IT certifications or relevant degree preferred

• Provide first-level IT support to office and field employees
• Set up and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Support and resolve issues related to Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and Windows
• Assist with onboarding new users, including email setup and hardware configuration
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
• Log and track support tickets and escalate more complex issues when necessary
• Support construction site staff remotely or on-site as needed
