  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, laptop setup, access permissions, software deployment and asset records.
  • Follow established security procedures, monitor assigned tasks and escalate issues when needed.
  • Build small scripts, automations and internal application improvements with technical guidance and review.

What We Are Looking For

  • Basic knowledge of Windows or macOS, networking, user accounts and common workplace applications.
  • An organised approach to troubleshooting, clear communication and a willingness to help people.
  • Some hands-on experience using AI to build or improve a script, app or workflow. University, home and personal projects are welcome.
  • Enough understanding to explain your work, test the output and recognise when you need help.
  • An IT qualification or equivalent practical learning is welcome.
  •  A current Police Clearance Certificate and Construction White Card are required for the role.

Why Join Us?

  • Comprehensive initial 3-month training program (Training Passport provided).
  • A collaborative, in-person team environment where you can learn directly from experienced professionals.
  • A stable, growing company that values innovation and fresh ideas.
