Job Description We are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of a Junior IT Systems Administrator to provide daily technical support. Hybrid position in São Paulo. The scope of responsibilities will include: Supervised responsibility for troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problems Supervised responsibility for IT support operations, including but not limited to receiving and tracking user requests, assigning priority and responsible persons, resolving requests and users’ notification Shared responsibility for installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of desktop computer systems and peripherals (e.g., network cards, printers, modems, mice, add-in boards, copiers, etc.) Supervised responsibility for asset management of desktop computer systems (hardware and software inventories, licensing, systems decommissioning, etc.) Responsibility for documentation of system problems and resolutions Assistance with providing basic IT training to PSI staff Please upload your CV in English Qualifications College Degree preferably in Computer Science or a related field At least 1+ years of experience in IT Full working proficiency in English Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) training is a plus Related experience in systems and network administration Knowledge of basic systems administration tools and processes Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment Advanced communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Additional Information We offer: Excellent and flexible working conditions Extensive training and friendly, collegial team Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for personal and professional growth If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.
