We are seeking a talented and experienced Junior IT Technician to join our IT Team. The Junior IT technician will play a key role in the support of our growing team and programs. Responsibilities: * Deskside support * Workstation setup and maintenance * Printer setup & resupply * Help organize IT storage * Help staff with various software and scripting needs * Work with senior admin staff to learn how to maintain a large network infrastructure including petabyte-scale storage, high performance computing, fault-tolerant services, and more. Requirements: * Associates degree in Information Technology or related field plus 1 year systems administration, helpdesk, or desk-side support experience, OR any equivalent combination of experience, and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. Desired Qualifications: * Experience with MacOS in a workstation environment * Experience with Windows in a workstation environment * Experience with Linux in a workstation or server environment * Experience with shell scripting * Experience troubleshooting a variety of applications * Good written and verbal communications skills * Experience with the puppet configuration management system US EEO Statement Intuitive Machines is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Responsibilities

The Junior IT Technician will provide deskside support, set up and maintain workstations, and assist with printer setup and IT storage organization. Additionally, they will help staff with software needs and learn to maintain a large network infrastructure.
