Job Description Join us in building the next generation of cloud-based SaaS platforms for a global leader in contact center software. As a Junior Java Engineer, you will work with a team of experienced engineers to develop, test, and support Java-based microservices using Spring Boot. This role is ideal for someone looking to strengthen their software development skills in a cloud environment while contributing to production-ready systems. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java microservices using Spring Boot. Assist in designing and implementing scalable and reliable features. Troubleshoot and provide support for existing services under guidance from senior engineers. Collaborate with product managers, QA, and peers to deliver high-quality software. Learn and apply best practices for cloud-based application development. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in Java development using Spring Boot. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of microservices architecture. Familiarity with cloud concepts is a plus (GCP, AWS, or Azure). Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. General understanding of version control (Git). Nice to Have: Exposure to Docker or containerized environments. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and development workflows. Familiarity with cloud services (Google BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, etc.).
