Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Junior Key Account Manager to support our sales and client relationship efforts across the UAE. This role is ideal for a candidate with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow in the tech, telecom, or IoT space. You’ll work closely with senior team members to manage existing accounts, support new client onboarding, and help deliver smart, connected solutions that drive business value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support senior key account managers in managing client portfolios and strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and solution-focused communication.
  • Prepare and deliver client-facing materials such as proposals, quotations, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist in the end-to-end coordination of orders, from initial inquiry to delivery and post-sales support.
  • Follow up on client queries, technical questions, and support needs with internal departments.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Monitor account activity and client feedback to identify areas for upselling or improving service.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and assist with internal sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaign input, lead follow-up, and product promotions.
  • Coordinate product demo sessions or site visits as required.
  • Participate in client onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing relationship nurturing.
  • Track and report customer satisfaction levels and propose improvements.
  • Provide administrative support on contracts, renewals, and compliance documentation.
  • Stay updated on the company’s product portfolio, including smart electronics, IoT, and telecom systems.
  • Join local events, exhibitions, or client meetings to represent the company as needed.
