Job Description Developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships at all organizational levels (from technical project teams to senior executives) Analyzing and prioritizing customer-specific requirements Developing, coordinating, and implementing targeted sales strategies Expanding existing key accounts with the aim of achieving sustainable revenue growth in the automotive sector Identifying new business opportunities and applications within the automotive industry Positioning tailored solutions with clear added value for customers Monitoring and analyzing market and competitor developments Ensuring close customer relationships through active participation in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events Managing and coordinating multiple customer projects in close collaboration with internal stakeholders Planning and organizing own sales activities independently from a home office Attending regular coordination meetings in Kortrijk (BE) or Bayreuth (DE) Qualifications Completed technical or business-related degree or vocational training with relevant further qualifications Initial professional experience in capital goods sales, project management, or business development Industry knowledge in automation and/or the automotive sector, as well as in the sales of technically complex products Fluent Dutch, German, and English language skills for negotiations High level of initiative and strong customer and results orientation Ability to understand complex systems and quickly identify customer needs Strong sales drive and competence in actively developing markets Excellent communication skills and empathy in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders High willingness to travel within the sales region (3–4 days per week) Residence in the Netherland / Western Germany region or willingness to relocate Additional Information A challenging role in an innovative and technology-focused environment An open, collaborative, and appreciative company culture The agility and personal atmosphere of a medium-sized organisation combined with the opportunities of an international group An attractive compensation package including additional benefits and performance-related variable pay Company car, also available for private use 24 vacation days plus 12 additional days off Professional development and further training opportunities #LI-JU1
