As Junior Key Account Manager for the Retail Benelux region, you'll support our retail partnerships with leading customers such as Jumbo, Plus, Albert Heijn, DekaMarkt, Picnic, and more. You’ll take part in everything from analysing performance and preparing customer decks to supporting in-store activations and making sure we win on the shelf. Requirements null Your mission Customer & Commercial Support Support the Head of Retail Benelux in managing key accounts and building new opportunities Prepare customer business reviews, promotional calendars, and joint business plans Track performance by account/SKU/channel and spot opportunities early Run the “day-to-day”: listings, pricing, logistics follow-ups, promo execution Customer Intimacy & Field Insights Build relationships with buyers, franchise owners, and store teams Visit stores regularly to check visibility, placements, and shopper experience Bring back insights from the field — what’s working, what’s not, and why Data & Insights Work with internal dashboards and retail data tools (NielsenIQ, Circana, POS, etc.) Turn data into commercial recommendations that drive sales and category growth Prepare monthly business updates and support forecasting discussions Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure flawless execution Support in-store tastings, activations, and retail campaigns Take part in projects as we scale across new markets and retailers What you'll bring Must-haves 1–2 years of internship or work experience in FMCG / sales / trade marketing / retail Master’s degree in Business / Economics / Marketing Strong analytical ability – comfortable with Excel & performance data Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a bonus) Proactive, curious, driven, and eager to learn Passion for food, sustainability, and brands that stand for something Driver’s license + flexibility to visit stores and customers regularly Nice-to-have Familiarity with NielsenIQ, Circana, or retailer POS data Experience with plant-based or premium consumer brands Who You Are Entrepreneurial mindset.
