Ronghan International is a global cross-border payments company looking to expand its compliance team in Europe.
The Entry-Level KYC Onboarding Analyst will assist in the Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role involves verifying and reviewing customer information, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected, and helping new clients onboard seamlessly into the company’s services. Proficiency in Chinese is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with basic KYC/AML regulations (desirable, but not essential)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information responsibly
Responsibilities
  • Review and verify customer documentation to ensure compliance with KYC, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and other regulatory requirements
  • Collect and analyse customer information, ensuring that it meets company standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Flag any discrepancies or issues with customer documents and initiate follow-up actions where necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of KYC documentation and customer status
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing guidance on documentation and addressing any concerns or questions
  • Assist with the preparation of reports on KYC and onboarding processes for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the KYC team with administrative tasks related to client onboarding and ongoing compliance checks
  • Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and assist in implementing them within the onboarding process
