ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Junior Lab Assistant to join our hardware development team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about hands-on assembly and laboratory work. You’ll play a key role in supporting the hardware assembly team, prototyping, testing, and maintenance of hardware components in a dynamic lab environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble mechanical hardware using hand tools, scales and flow testing devices and software.
  • Assist in testing and troubleshooting prototypes and production units.
  • Maintain lab inventory and ensure availability of components and tools.
  • Document assembly procedures, test results, and modifications.
  • Support engineers and technicians during product development and testing.
  • Ensure lab cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols.
