Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Lab Sample Collection Technician to support our projects in Singapore.
You’ll be responsible for:
· Collecting samples according to standardized procedures and schedules
· Accurately labeling and logging collected samples
· Ensuring proper storage and transportation of samples to the laboratory
· Following all safety guidelines during sample collection
· Maintaining accurate records of sample collection activities
· Inspecting sample containers and supplies to ensure suitability for collection
· Communicating with laboratory personnel regarding sample status and needs
· Maintaining clean and organized collection equipment and storage areas
· Coordinating sample collection logistics with internal teams and external partners
About you:
· Prior experience in a laboratory or field collection setting preferred
· Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to follow detailed collection protocols and safety procedures
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
· Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
· High school diploma or equivalent required
