Job Description Unfortunately we do not offer sponsorship for this role Hours of work will cover 6am - 2pm and 10am - 6pm. Shift patterns are are as follows: Wednesday - Friday. Purpose of the post Preparation of media (agars etc.) to be used in microbiological analysis Sample preparation in line with company protocols Microbiological analysis of water samples in line with company protocols Training and operation of relevant equipment General housekeeping of laboratory and prevention of cross contamination Accurate Data entry into laboratory database Accurate record-keeping associated with UKAS quality system Effective communication with all employees Report any anomalous results or situations to Laboratory Supervisor Health and Safety procedures are adhered to within the laboratory Qualifications A level in a science related subject (preferably Biology) GCSE English and Mathematics and Science or equivalent Additional Information Benefits At Eurofins we are growing, innovating and always learning.
