We’re an energetic team building something different in the real estate world - and we’re looking for a driven, hungry, and ambitious individual to join us as a Junior Land Acquisition Manager.
This is an entry-level role with a clear path for growth. You’ll be on the front line of our operation — sourcing off-market opportunities and playing a key role in helping our senior team deliver deals for private clients, developers, and funds.

• Make targeted outbound calls daily to landowners, agents, and sources
• Build rapport quickly and uncover off-market investment and development opportunities
• Qualify leads and pass high-quality prospects to the senior team for negotiation and closing
• Keep our CRM system up to date with notes, follow-ups, and activity logs
• Work closely with a small, agile team focused on sourcing and securing deals
