We are currently looking for a junior lawyer with 1-3 years PAE to join our corporate team in Brisbane. This position will work closely with experienced and respected Partners, who specialise in:

  • M&A transactions;
  • Equity capital markets;
  • Corporate advisory;
  • Joint ventures;
  • Commercial arrangements;
  • Restructures; and
  • General commercial and corporate contracts
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:
