The role main accountabilities will be the following: Conduct legal research. Provide legal support to company’s departments. Draft and review agreements. Develop internal legal templates and policies. Ensure and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Law. Previous experience with contract drafting and negotiation will be considered a plus. Proficient in legal research and analysis. Excellent knowledge of English in terms of writing, drafting and oral skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, methodical and attentive to detail.
