WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW COLLEAGUE WITH:

aEURc Education: A degree in law from a recognized university.
aEURc Licensing: Admission to a Romanian Bar.
aEURc Experience: Previous experience (1 or 2 years) in a business law practice, minimum experience in litigation would be an advantage.
aEURc Skills: Strong research, writing, and communication skills, good command of English business and legal terminology Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

aEURc Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support senior lawyers in preparing for cases, drafting legal documents and advising clients.
aEURc Document Drafting: Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, corporate drafts and court submissions.
aEURc Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and assist with their legal needs under the supervision of senior lawyers.
aEURc Court Appearances: Attend court hearings to observe and assist senior lawyers and represent clients in minor cases under supervision in Bucharest and other cities.
aEURc Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as handling correspondence, communications, filings.
