Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Junior Learning Designer to join our Education department as part of our Science team.
As a Junior Learning Designer, you’ll bring the natural world to life for learners through clear, engaging content that makes scientific ideas stick. This role focuses on crafting materials for GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Physics, supporting students to understand, apply and enjoy science. It’s a chance to ignite curiosity and support learners in achieving their goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work alongside experienced science educators to create high-quality learning and assessment content across all GCSE science disciplines.
  • Write clear explanations, practice questions and revision materials that help students grasp complex concepts and develop scientific thinking.
  • Review content written by others to ensure scientific accuracy, clarity and alignment with our internal guidelines.
  • Learn to use digital authoring tools to create interactive and effective science learning experiences.
