Cardiff and Vale College are looking for a Junior Learning Technologists to join our award-winning Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing high-quality, bilingual blended and online learning content using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Unity, including the creation of SCORM packages and multimedia assets.
  • Collaborating with academic staff to plan and implement effective instructional design strategies that meet curriculum outcomes and quality standards.
  • Delivering training and support to staff and learners through webinars, workshops, and one-to-one sessions, promoting the use of Microsoft 365, Canva, Adobe, and other learning technologies.
  • Supporting innovation in the MakerSpace and TEL Hubs, using technologies such as VR, AR, 3D printing, coding, and AI to enhance digital skills and pedagogical practices for both staff and learners.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualifications and/or experience. They will have proven competence in creating high quality, engaging blended and online learning content. They will also have experience in supporting others, particularly staff and learners in developing their digital skills and confidence with educational technologies.
