Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to assist in identifying and securing potential franchise locations. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and sourcing potential franchise sites. Applying site selection criteria to evaluate suitability. Liaising with real estate agents to secure properties, conducting site visits, and preparing detailed assessments. Presenting location options to franchise partners. Supporting lease negotiations, conducting due diligence on prospective sites, maintaining the location database, and monitoring commercial real estate market trends to inform strategic decisions. Reporting directly to the Global Leasing Coordinator. Remuneration Casual position $25–$32 per hour 5–15 hours per week Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
