Junior Legal Assistant – Victims of Crime Team – Lilydale Office
Johnstone and Reimer Lawyers are a well respected and rapidly growing general practice firm with offices in Lilydale, Berwick and Reservoir. Our firm’s mission is to solve client’s legal problems as expeditiously as possible.
We are looking for a junior legal assistant who can provide assistance to our busy Victims of Crime team, based at our Lilydale office. In this role you will provide backup support and assistance to six lawyers and six legal assistants as required.
As a full time junior legal assistant at Johnstone and Reimer Lawyers, your primary responsibilities will be to:
The successful applicant will not necessarily have law office experience however general office experience would be a plus. A Criminology or Criminal Justice degree would be looked on favourably.
Above all we are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude who is willing to learn and roll up their sleeves to get the job done, and has a strong work ethic.
Successful applicants will be required to supply a satisfactory police record check.
