About the position
You will advise management and employees of our operational business units and affiliates in contract negotiations covering the complete business cycle (from acquisition to termination). This may also include out-of-court disputes and the coordination with external counsel in case of litigation.
From time to time, you will be part of a team participating in mergers & acquisition or restructuring projects, as well as supporting our Investor Relations team during the annual general meeting of the company.
Moreover, you can actively contribute to the organisation and growth of our legal department.
Job Requirements
You are a qualified lawyer (bachelor/master of law and/or German qualification of Volljurist:in) majoring in civil law, contracts/commercial law. You have basic knowledge or a keen interest in
And: you consider it a welcome challenge to apply this knowledge to technically complex software products and projects in a b2b setting. Ideally, you do have some relevant professional experience in these fields of law.
If you are confronted with other topics in connection with our business, like data protection, IT security and laws governing the energy industry, you consider them to be fascinating.
You speak German and English fluently enough to communicate competently and professionally in an international business environment. Maybe, you speak an additional (foreign) language.
