Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Take on a new challenge and apply your legal and corporate governance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
This role offers the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of general corporate and commercial legal matters You will work closely with lawyers and business teams across multiple jurisdictions, providing legal support for day-to-day corporate matters and also support the local legal team for a variety of commercial matters.
Moreover, you will be in direct contact with the VP Legal & Compliance Europe Region in order to help him in managing the Region.

  • Ideally already some relevant experience in an international business environment or law firm, a degree in business law is highly desired
  • Focus on corporate matters is a clear plus
  • Familiarity with international contracts and project tenders
  • Previous exposure to international practice through studies or work experience
  • Have a hands-on approach in all aspects of role
  • Gets things done and solved quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work autonomously, employ pro-active initiative to find solutions
  • Excellent pro-active organisation skills
  • Highly structured working style including the ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities, meet strict deadlines and pay attention to detail.
  • Highest integrity – having the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly
  • Ability to liaise at an executive level
  • Fluent Languages: Dutch and English, knowledge of French and/or German is a plus
  • Ability to work in an international team with different cultures
  • Knowledge of effective organisation of teams & offices
  • Knowledge in handling office equipment and strong skills in IS tools, particularly MS Office, Outlook and MS Team
