Junior Legal Counsel (Fixed-Term) We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Counsel to join our team in Vilnius for a one-year fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or someone early in their legal career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. In this role, you will serve as the primary legal liaison for our Customer Care team, assisting them in navigating standard legal inquiries while also playing a key role in our contract migration project. What will you be doing? Provide practical legal guidance to the Customer Support team on recurring matters such as debt collection, inheritance, bankruptcy etc. Review powers of attorney and inheritance documents from third parties (notaries, police, bailiffs) and draft accurate, legally sound responses and certificates. Prepare and submit standardized procedural documents to the court system. Assist in migrating active third-party agreements into our new automated contract management system by reviewing and organizing existing legal records. Ensure that customer communications regarding legal matters remain accurate and up-to-date, moving away from generic AI-generated templates toward precise legal frameworks. Ideally, you bring: A university degree in Law. This is essential for accessing and submitting documents to the court system. Fluency in both Lithuanian and English. The ability to read legal acts, interpret them, and explain complex information in simple terms to non-legal colleagues.
