Job Description Join an international legal team and participate in national projects requiring legal support! You will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal services and support to Inetum's national structure, with the opportunity to participate in international legal projects. You will collaborate and report directly to the Head of Legal Growing Markets! Your main responsibilities will include: • Drafting, analyzing and reviewing IT contracts and related legal documentation, with the opportunity to participate in negotiations according to your level of knowledge and experience, • Providing legal support to Polish internal departments in the implementation of IT contracts, • Providing legal support for projects in the field of new technologies, • Providing advice, consultation, conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions in the field of civil law, commercial law, labour law and intellectual property law, • Consulting and creating internal regulations, • Legal risk analysis, • Participation in internal and external meetings, • Legal support in internal and external audits; • Support in conducting disputes at the pre-trial and trial stages. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is keen to gain experience working in a corporate environment, who is familiar with the realities of the IT market and who is fluent in English. We expect (essential requirements): • higher education in law, • knowledge of Polish civil law, commercial law and intellectual property law, • good knowledge of English and legal terminology (min. B2/C1), • very good work organization, independence and communication skills. Nice to have requirements: • Commencement of legal advisor or solicitor training, • Experience in an international corporation or law firm, including in-house, • Experience in legal consultation for IT projects, • Practical knowledge and experience in the area of IT services, solutions and products. Additional Information Work 2-3 times a week from our office in Katowice.
