Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and prepare internal legal memorandums and regulatory updates. Assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documentation. Review and maintain internal policies, guidelines, templates and standard operating procedures. Assist with day-to-day legal operations including document management, internal stakeholder queries, corporate secretarial matters and other administrative duties. Support cross-functional projects, new business initiatives and ad hoc legal matters. Assist in coordination with external counsel. Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognised university. 0–2 years of relevant experience; prior exposure to or interest in financial regulations or digital assets is a plus. Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and professionalism. Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of tasks, including routine and administrative work. Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to work well in a close-knit team and support cross-functional stakeholders. Willingness to learn, adapt, and handle unfamiliar tasks in a fast-paced and evolving industry. Good communication, research and analytical skills.
