For this excited position, you will be support and improve to strengthen the Legal team. You will cooperate in the management of the dealing with reports of infringements of Ferrari Intellectual Property rights. In particularly, you will support the team in activities such as:

• Management of pre-litigations / litigation matters re: Intellectual Property matters;
• Management of the Ferrari trademarks and designs portfolio;
• Preparing memoranda and opinions for the assistance of internal clients;
• Elaborating standard agreements and archiving files;
• Update and keep in order digital and paper records.
